These terms apply when you use this website or work with AI Automation Network LLC, Waldorf, Maryland ("we"). A signed proposal or agreement for a specific project takes priority over these terms.
The free Pipeline Review
The Pipeline Review is a free call with general guidance. It is not a promise of results and there is no obligation to buy anything.
Paid services and payment
- Prices are shown on our site or in your proposal.
- Setup: 50% to start, 50% at go-live.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance with a 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' written notice to cancel.
- Platform usage (phone numbers, call minutes, SMS, AI usage) is passed through at cost or included up to a stated limit.
Human approval
Messages sent in your name to new contacts are drafted for your approval. You are responsible for the content you approve and for following the laws that apply to your outreach.
No guaranteed results
Results depend on many things outside our control. We do not guarantee revenue, leads or bookings. We commit to careful work and honest monthly reporting.
Your data and accounts
Your contacts, conversations and phone numbers stay yours. We keep our workflow templates.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
