How you can use AI Automation Network and what rules apply.
By accessing or using AI Automation Network (“AIAN”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including any subdomains or services we provide, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
AI Automation Network is a Customer Communication Intelligence Platform that connects AI agents across calls, CRM, LinkedIn, social, search, and messaging. We operate from Waldorf, Maryland, USA.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the platform. You are responsible for:
Some features require a paid subscription or setup fee. Billing details will be shown on the pricing page or an order form agreed with you.
Subscriptions are typically billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) until cancelled.
You may cancel future renewals as described in your account or order form. Cancelling stops the next cycle; it does not automatically create a refund for past charges.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. Prohibited uses are further described in our Acceptable Use Policy at https://aiautomationnetwork.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy.
Your use of the platform involves processing personal and business data. Our handling of that data is explained in:
AIAN can connect to external tools such as CRMs, email systems, call providers, and other services. You are responsible for:
We own all rights in the platform, including software, designs, and documentation. You retain ownership of your content and customer data. You grant us a limited license to process that data only to provide and improve the services and meet legal obligations.
We may suspend or end access if we believe there is misuse, non-payment, security risk, or violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the services at any time and may cancel renewals as described above.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we exclude all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise specific revenue or business results.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold AI Automation Network harmless from claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date below and may provide additional notice if changes are material. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless the parties agree otherwise.
